Rochelle, you are a powerhouse. Why are you so passionate about what you do?
I absolutely love witnessing transformation in other people – I love nothing more than helping others make their dreams a reality.
I started my career in personal development and teaching meditation not because I was the most calm, controlled, or centered person, but because I was struggling deeply with my own mental health and navigating PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder). My career has really been a journey of turning my pain into my purpose, and helping others turn their pain into their purpose, creating a life that is meaningful to them.

What have been some keys to your success?
Meditation – the foundation on which I’ve built not only my career but also my inner strength and happiness; and, a little bit of delusion. I’m definitely an optimist, and I believe in aiming for the moon—because even if I don’t get there, I’ll land among the stars.
I believe in dreaming big and without limits because I know how easy it is for us as humans to hold ourselves back.
I never want to be the person who puts a ceiling on my own potential. I allow myself to think outside the box, dream beyond my circumstances, and override the little voice that says I can’t. Instead, I stay focused on my own lane and don’t compare myself to others.

How do I stay balanced?
This answer might surprise you, and it’s probably not very conventional, but the way I stay balanced is by focusing on what would make seven-year-old me feel happy, proud, and excited about the journey.
As adults, I think we often take things too seriously. While some things in life do require serious attention, I also believe that we lose out on a lot of joy and fun because we overanalyse and become overly focused. One of the ways I find balance is by reconnecting with my inner child—allowing myself to play in the work that I do and genuinely enjoy the journey.
On a more practical level, I prioritize my health and wellness above everything else. I believe that wellness is wealth, and that no success is sustainable without a strong foundation of well-being. For me, putting my wellness first includes:
● Regular Pilates sessions
● Breathwork, eft and meditation
● My Bondi to Bronte walks
● Allocating quality time with family and friends
● Good nutrition and fueling my body properly
When I make my wellness a priority instead of just another thing on my to-do list, I notice a massive difference in how I feel. Life becomes so much more balanced because I have the physical and mental capacity to handle more.

What is my morning mantra?
“You’re always aiming at something, even when you’re aiming at nothing—because you are always magnetic.”
I truly believe that if you want to create health, wealth, love, and happiness, you need to figure out what you are aiming towards. That could be a goal, a mission, a vision—or it could simply be the presence of joy or the feeling of being present in your own life.
You don’t necessarily need some grand plan, but having an intention—something to aim for—will help you create a life that not only feels good, but is also deeply fulfilling.

What are some key highlights ahead in 2025 for you?
The global launch of my book, Magnetic. Since signing my publishing deal with Penguin, I’ve secured nine international translation rights, meaning my first book will now be translated into German, Lithuanian, Arabic, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and more.
As a first-time author, landing so many translation rights has been a huge milestone for me. I’ve always been focused on growing an international audience and sharing my message with the world, and this is a major step in that direction.
This year, I’m dedicated to going on podcasts, speaking in different regions, and doing everything I can to share the magic of Magnetic with as many people as possible.
