Kristy Morris
, CEO and co-founder of KAILO: waking up with a positive and purpose-led mindset, setting my intentions and focusing on the outcome I want.

Manifestation Master and Author, Zoe Marshall: To feel truly empowered, we have to meet all parts of ourselves, especially the ones we often avoid… with compassion, love and acceptance. This is where true power begins.

Dr Sarah Jane, Founder and Creator of Spinal Energetics: you need to get precise about your values. When you know what you stand for, decision making becomes direct and confidence follows.

Age positivity advocate, Jane McCann, The Middle Aged Goddess: At 59, I have learnt to be empowered, it means to stop saying sorry. Practice saying “no”… without reason. You don’t need to explain yourself. You are not a walking apology.

Krystal Woods, Human Design & Energy Advisor: Empowerment is taking radical responsibility for your life: for what’s present, what’s missing, and what you’re creating next.

Mindset coach and author, Sarah Grynberg, Host of A Life of Greatness Pause and ask yourself, “What do I need right now?” Then honour it. Whether it’s rest, a boundary, or speaking up, respond to your needs with care.

Sound Healer and Breathwork Guide, Tanya Alijani: Start choosing better for yourself. Ask: What thought, action, or habit can bring me closer to who I know I’m here to be? Empowerment starts in those small, honest choices we make to align with our highest self.

Psychic Medium, David The Medium: Remembering your own strength and resilience, trust your intuition, and honour the unseen forces that guide you. Be lead by your feelings, your gut, your soul – it knows the way.

Clinical Nutritionist and Founder of Status 8020, Sally O’Neill: To feel truly empowered, gather evidence of your own capability. Take small, intentional steps every day that reinforce your strength and self-trust.

Sexologist, Chantelle Otten: Empowerment starts by becoming curious. About your pleasure, your values, your voice. The more you understand yourself, the less likely you are to abandon yourself for someone else’s comfort.
