Your skincare philosophy is: “If you can’t eat it, don’t put it on your face.” Can you explain this?
It all started when my best friend, Mel, was undergoing cancer treatment—an experience that made us both deeply reconsider what we were putting in and on our bodies. One day she said, “You should never put anything on your skin that you couldn’t eat,” and it stuck with me. It’s guided everything I’ve done since.
At its core, skincare should nourish, support, and protect—not compromise our health. That’s why I believe in making conscious choices that honour the body from the outside in.

What are some hero ingredients in your range?
● Kakadu Plum Extract: An Australian native and the world’s richest source of natural Vitamin C. Brightens, boosts collagen, and protects against environmental stressors— for that daily glow.
● Bakuchiol: Nature’s gentle answer to retinol. Offers smoothing, firming, and anti-ageing benefits—without the irritation. Perfect for even the most sensitive skin.
● Colloidal Silver: A natural antibacterial powerhouse that calms breakouts and soothes reactive skin.
● Sea Buckthorn Oil: Rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids. Supports skin regeneration and brings radiance—especially for dry or mature skin.
● Gotu Kola: A revered Ayurvedic herb that improves elasticity, stimulates collagen production, and enhances skin resilience.

We’ve heard you’re a huge sleep advocate. How does that tie into skin health?
As a qualified hypnotherapist, I’ve spent years researching and personally experiencing how vital sleep is—not just for our overall wellbeing, but for skin health in particular.
When we sleep, our bodies enter repair mode. The parasympathetic nervous system—our “rest and digest” mode—takes over. This is when real cellular rejuvenation occurs: blood flow increases to the skin, collagen is rebuilt, and the day’s damage is repaired. Without quality sleep, these processes are disrupted—leading to dullness, inflammation, breakouts, and premature ageing.
Sleep deprivation also spikes cortisol, the stress hormone. Elevated cortisol compromises the skin barrier, making it more sensitive and reactive, and can trigger flare-ups like eczema and acne. Beauty sleep isn’t just a phrase—it’s backed by science.
That’s why we’re passionate about supporting our customers beyond topical care.
Our Hypno Spa Dream State Kit integrates clinical hypnosis and guided meditations to calm both mind and body. And our Nocturne Magnesium Body Cream, with magnesium, lavender, and chamomile, soothes the nervous system as part of a nightly wind-down ritual.

You supply some of Australia’s leading spas—from Osprey at Byron Bay’s Elements of Byron to luxury wellness centre Saint Haven in Melbourne. How did those partnerships come about?
It always starts with authentic relationships and staying true to our values. Spas like Elements of Byron and Saint Haven align with our mission to offer skincare that’s as effective as it is clean.
Most of these partnerships began organically—through word-of-mouth, shared vision, and mutual respect. We focus on education, transparency, and integrity. That deeply resonates with spa professionals seeking results-driven formulations that are free from fillers and synthetics.
We’re proud to be part of the movement toward holistic, high-performance wellness.

One piece of advice for our women?
Trust yourself. Listen to your body. Honour your intuition. Be kind to yourself. Never be afraid to ask questions or seek understanding. You are your own best advocate—and every small act of self-care is a powerful investment in your confidence and wellbeing.
