Hollywood & Wellness

Consider this your “Hollywood Happiness Report.” We often put celebrities on a pedestal but now, they’re looking up to wellness practices to keep their careers going. Stars are rich. They’re famous. They’re extremely talented, but are they actually happy? What do they need to do to stay well and looking good whilst in the limelight?

This insight was brought about as I live in Los Angeles to cover movie and documentary premieres with Press Pass LA, and host my own podcast show, Well to Do which is about love & longevity. I’m chatting to celebrities intimately about their relationships, wellness trends, longevity, biohacking, and personal transformation.
I met former Pussycat Doll artist, Jessica Sutta at the ‘Make America Healthy Again’ (MAHA Spring Gala, 2025) so when the pop group band decided to reunite without her and Carmit, Jessica flew from Nashville to take my interview on Well to Do.

She said she never returned Nicole Scherzinger’s call after the group’s awkward TV appearance when asked about the exclusion of the other two members of PCD, and is Jessica was upset over the group not acknowledging the passing over of her mum. Jessica woke to the news from fans instead of hearing it from the band members first hand. More on this on the my show.
General Hospital actor and Good Morning America host Cameron Mathison, who lost it all with LA fires, a divorce from his wife of a 25-year relationship and a kidney cancer diagnosis he recovered from, has a similar path about trying to find peace from pain. He tried going within, but also reflected outward, gaining the best physical health and shape he’s ever been in whilst also getting involved in new intimate relationships. In a People magazine interview at a recent Jennie Garth event, Cameron says “It got a but much on the dating apps” and that he got “busy” with dating after dealing with divorce. I chatted to him on my podcast and understood that dynamic first hand after a romantic dinner or two.

Darin Olien, co-host of Zac Efron’s Down to Earth says he’s only happy when he’s giving. He lives naturally off the land in Malibu Canyons and is producing a new docuseries called “Road to Happy” in which stars — feature. Here, he explores true happiness and staying connected. I interviewed him on the red carpet of the Press Pass LA premiere of a longevity documentary staring Edward Norton.
Darin interviewed me on his podcast and expressed in a behind the scenes video post that he was completely inspired by the chat. It’s one of my favourite interviews ever.
Jim Curtis, Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend just released his new book “The Book of Possibility,” which blends neuroscience, hypnotherapy, spirituality and a thought process, which allows you to change your beliefs, and become more of who you really are. He said in one of his Instagram posts, that by finally accepting his disability, he found that it became his superpower.

So how are celebrities focusing on their appearances at face value? Is it effective and is it worth it?
How about a stem cells facial that celebrities are opting for instead of going under the knife? Dr. Nathan Newman is treating celebrities in Beverly Hills with Stem Cell facial called the stem cell lift. He treats celebrities like Melissa Gisoni. Costs are $5-50,000 USD instead of the $200,000 Enigma™️ lift by celebrity plastic surgeon and biohacker, Dr Cameron Chesnut who I also interviewed on my Well to Do podcast. He uses a scarless procedure that delivers incredible results. I also chatted privately to my dear friend Dr Chris Gojdz from Poland’s DWTS as he shares he built a private “spa” for his client Paris Hilton in her home. Kathy Hilton was quoted as saying he’s “hands down the best skincare specialist in Beverly Hills”.

It seems wellness isn’t a buzz word, it’s a big business. Dr Jonathon Leary, a chiropractor who founded Remedy Place in West Hollywood and has had the Kardashian’s feature his private wellness club on their show, travelled to Mykonos to host a retreat for the ‘die hard wellness hackers’ at the world famous Scorpios.
“Natural Hollywood”. Those two words certainly don’t usually go together. Hollywood is about being ‘extra’; bringing the drama and the show to the screens! But it seems that since writing my 10th book ‘Treasured Chest’ three years ago, (which encourages women to look for breast implant illness and breast implant inflammation signs & symptoms), that there’s been an uptake of 75% increase of augmentations to Explant surgery now. Breast explant surgery (breast implant removal) has been steadily increasing for years, but the trend has become especially visible over the last 3–5 years due to growing awareness of breast implant illness (BII), changing beauty preferences, and increased discussion of implant-related complications.
In 2007, there were about 8 explants for every 100 augmentations.
By 2024, there were approximately 13.5 explants for every 100 augmentations. Has Hollywood finally gone back to natural?
It’s not just about our organic food with Erewhon becoming a way of life, but we are now applying that principle to our organic bodies too. Makes sense? Yes! Until ‘Dear Media’ co-owner Lauryn Bosstick considered going back under the knife to trial a new type of Motiva implant being marketed as being safe. Year after year, these product manufacturers are trying to come up with something safer, but as a wellness expert and researcher, it’s my personal and professional opinion that any device place in the body is a foreign body and creates a cytokine storm & inflammatory response. New data from my Explant surgeon Professor Deva also confirmed this inflammation.
Other celebrity that I’ve recently had an explant and gone back to natural are Alyssa Milano, Genevieve Padalecki, Tamra Judge, Clare Crawley, Yolanda Hadid and Crystal Hefner.
