WHAT YOU DO: Keynote speaker, author, mindset coach to executives, business owners and elite athletes, and creator of the A Life of Greatness podcast
MORNING MANTRA: Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change

Sarah, you share incredible words of wisdom across your podcast, book and… well… everywhere! Can you share your backstory, and how you’ve become who you are today?
My journey started with complete burnout. I was waking at 3am every day to produce one of Australia’s biggest breakfast radio shows while raising two young children. On the outside, everything looked successful, big job, busy life, but inside, I was crumbling. I had done no inner work, and the cracks were showing. I felt disconnected, reactive, and overwhelmed.
That moment forced change. I immersed myself in the study of psychology and human performance, driven to understand how to build resilience, mental clarity, and sustainable success. I wasn’t interested in shallow motivation, I wanted practical tools that actually worked.
That path led me to create A Life of Greatness, a podcast exploring how to live and lead with intention. It quickly became one of Australia’s top personal development podcasts, with millions of downloads and a global listener base.
You’re a mindset coach – what is one piece of advice you consistently share that makes a massive impact?
One principle I always return to is: You can’t outperform your mindset.

Your internal world drives your external results. No matter how talented you are, if your mind is full of noise and doubt, you’ll hit a ceiling. But when your mindset is strong, your clarity sharpens, your confidence grows, and you’re able to lead under pressure.
Whether I’m working with a CEO, a business owner, or an elite athlete, that mental edge is what creates lasting success, not just in work, but in every area of life.
On your top rating podcast, A Life Of Greatness, you’ve interviewed some phenomenal guests – Matt McCaugheny, Olivia Newton John, Andrew Huberman, Jelana Dokic and more! For those looking for the first steps in their ‘Life of Greatness’, which episode do you recommend, and why?
The podcast has two formats. One is longform interviews with global voices like McConaughey, Huberman, and Esther Perel. The other is Sarah’s Thoughts, a short solo episode I release every Friday, where I explore a specific topic through a mindset lens.
In a recent Sarah’s Thoughts, I talked about the exhausting mental tug-of-war between effort and surrender. I shared how learning when to push and when to pause has helped my clients avoid burnout and stay focused on what truly matters.
If you’re new to the show, I recommend starting with the McConaughey episode. It’s full of grounded wisdom and unexpected insight, a reminder that greatness isn’t about doing more, but becoming more of who you really are.

For those looking to dive deeper with you, what’s coming up and how can we get in touch?
My book Living A Life of Greatness is out now. It’s part memoir, part mindset manual, and shares the exact tools I use with clients to quiet self-doubt, find focus, and create meaningful success.
I also work with organisations and speak globally at wellness, leadership and corporate events, helping people strengthen their mindset so they can show up with clarity, purpose and resilience. You can contact my team about speaking opportunities or for mindset coaching via my website at www.sarahgrynberg.com, follow me on Instagram @sarahgrynberg, or tune into A Life of Greatness. New episodes drop weekly.
