An overview of your business
I help women who have ‘tried it all’ slim down and lose the bloat – without the hunger (and keep it off). It’s a science-based approach to eating that helps women quit the yo-yo dieting, find total food freedom and never feel like they’re missing out. I do this through my 2 programs, the 3 Week Body Reset, which lays the foundation and gives women the kickstart in the right direction, and then if they love the approach and get results, I have my second program that they can join, the Health with Bec Tribe – my monthly membership where women learn to keep getting results and learn how to turn their new ‘diet’ into a lifestyle that they can maintain. I’ve now helped tens of thousands of women!

Biggest ‘wow’ moment to date?
Being able to buy myself a two-storey riverfront penthouse that I’m currently living in and bought for myself in November last year.. It’s the kind of home that I thought I wouldn’t be able to afford till much later in life! I feel very proud every single time I wake up to the sunrise over the river and reflect on how I’ve created this life for myself. And, this space keeps me inspired to work from home to continue to push on with my goals

Incredible! So many people try to do exactly what you do – why have you been successful?
To me, I believe that it’s always been my ‘client first’ attitude and my authentic, real approach to teaching. How I show up online is how I am in my personal life – I’m just being Bec! And, people feel that. Authenticity builds trust in a world full of SO many online programs. Also, being an empath, I care deeply about women and their results – that’s the most important thing to me, and I swear that this has been key. I want the best results and experience for women, so this drives me to analyse how things are going every single week and constantly tweak things to improve the users experience depending on the feedback that I am always seeing and hearing about from my team. Caring about the results is the driver to my success.

What would you tell other girls, inspired by your success?
Anything is possible if you believe in it enough, and stay conscious of aligning every single area of your life wisely to support your goals. For example, choose who you hang around wisely – the energy givers and not the drainers, regularly listen to podcasts and follow people on social media who are one step ahead of you and learn from them, learn from every single set back or mistake – it’s how you grow, and make sure you prioritise your wellbeing and self care just as much as your work – because, you’ll prevent burnout, receive far more creative downloads, be able to problem solve more efficiently and end up doing FAR better quality, smarter work that helps you grow when you’re feeling healthy, rested and well.
